Why We Built This
Impact Player was born from our own frustration. As developers, we found it difficult to understand our true contribution to our teams and organizations. Traditional metrics like commit counts don't tell the whole story.
We wanted to create a tool that recognizes the full spectrum of developer impact—from code reviews and mentoring to efficient PR flow and collaboration. Impact Player makes invisible contributions visible and helps developers understand their unique contribution style.
